Gevangenisdorp Veenhuizen, luchtfoto

Het Tweede Gesticht - met rood pannendak - is een van de oude dwanggestichten en huisvest nu het Gevangenismuseum.
Veenhuizen prison village, founded in 1823 by the Benevolent Society for the rehabilitation of beggars and vagrants.
The 'Second Establishment' - with red tile roof - is one of the old detention centers and now houses the Prison Museum.
